Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. She won her Pro Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started to compete at fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license aged 17. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue the education. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year, competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After the initial event for a number of years and set higher targets each year. She also won four fitness championships by the close of the year. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education following her Pro Card award. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the end of the day, she placed 3rd in the competition. The summer of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and came home with 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was happy with her performance. It's no surprise that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Her exercises to work her back are bent-over rows that use single arm lat pull downs. The first step is warming up before progressing to her working sets. Also Ariel prefers to utilize her time the best way possible. One way to achieve this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets with 10-12 reps are done.
